The ceiling is painted on a flat ceiling. It is heavily damaged.
Schematic
The layout is identical to that in the Tomb of Sety I, but the orientation to the cardinal points is different. The whole ceiling is damaged (not indicated on the schematic) but the plan can be discerned.

Decan List
Neugebauer and Parker compared the disposition of the figures of the decanal deities to ascertain that the decan list was the same as that in the Tomb of Sety I except that it starts at 11 xntt Hrt. No decan names are preserved, and even deity names are only preserved in the triangle.
